General Returns Policy
You
may return new, unopened items fulfilled by bobhobbsjr.com within 10 days of
delivery for a full refund. All other sales are final. Items should be
returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs
if the return is a result of our error. If you discover that the item is
defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still
be granted. Gift certificates are not returnable.

We
cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly
recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The refund for your
return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may
take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.

If
a product is purchased from a registered third-party seller and needs to be
returned, you will need to contact the seller directly
and adhere to both their return & refund policies.
Items Purchased with a
Gift Certificate
Returns
of merchandise purchased with a Gift Certificate will be credited in the form
of a bobhobbsjr.com e-mail gift certificate. Please note that the original
expiration date of the gift certificate will still apply.
Shipping
When you place an order, we
will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of
your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you
will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation
e-mail.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are
weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all
weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
